These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MuzDo ("we", "our", "us") regarding your use of the MuzDo mobile application and related services.

By accessing or using MuzDo, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if younger)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept our Privacy Policy

MuzDo is an Islamic productivity application that provides:

• Prayer Time Calculations - Accurate prayer times based on your location
• Dhikr Counter - Track your daily remembrance of Allah
• Task Management - Organize tasks around prayer times
• Meeting Tools - Voice notes and transcriptions
• AI Assistant - Voice-powered task planning

Free Version

The free version of MuzDo does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

Premium Subscription

Premium features require a subscription through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information to Apple for payment processing
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Apple ID
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Pricing and Payment

• Monthly Plan: $4.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: $39.99/year (saves 33%)
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically available once per Apple ID.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Select the MuzDo subscription and request a refund

Premium subscribers gain access to:

• Cloud Sync - Sync data across multiple devices (optional)
• Unlimited Voice Transcriptions - Free users limited to 10
• Unlimited Folders - Free users limited to 3
• Unlimited Custom Dhikr - Free users limited to 5
• Voice Note Storage - Cloud backup of meeting recordings

You agree to use MuzDo only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Collect or store personal information of other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks
• Use automated systems or bots to access the app
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the app

Our Rights

MuzDo and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• App design, code, and algorithms
• MuzDo name, logo, and branding
• Dhikr content, translations, and collections
• Documentation and user guides

Your Rights

You retain all rights to content you create within MuzDo, including:

• Tasks, notes, and meetings you create
• Voice recordings and transcriptions
• Custom dhikr you add (where applicable)

By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

MuzDo integrates with third-party services:

• Apple Services - Sign in with Apple, App Store subscriptions
• AssemblyAI - Voice transcription services (Premium only)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or app unavailability
• Errors in prayer time calculations
• Decisions made based on app data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50, whichever is greater).

MuzDo provides dhikr, prayers, and Islamic content for educational and spiritual purposes. However:

• We are not religious scholars or authorities
• Content may not reflect all Islamic schools of thought
• Users should consult qualified scholars for religious guidance
• Prayer times should be verified with local mosques
• We are not responsible for religious decisions made using our app

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key points:

• Free users: 100% local storage, no data uploaded
• Premium users: Cloud sync is optional and encrypted
• We never sell your data to third parties
• You can export or delete your data anytime

By You

You may stop using MuzDo at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device
• Canceling your Premium subscription (if applicable)
• Requesting data deletion via Settings → Delete All Data

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse our services or harm other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable)

Upon termination, your right to use MuzDo ceases immediately. Local data remains on your device until you delete the app. Cloud data will be deleted after 90 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree to new terms, you must stop using MuzDo

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@muzdo.itto seek informal resolution.

If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration (where permitted by law)
• Small claims court (for eligible disputes)
• Class action waiver applies where legally enforceable

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MuzDo regarding your use of the app.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
